Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area
We deliver across mainland UK (England, Wales and Scotland).
We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK territories (e.g. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses) or International addresses.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–4 working days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods (such as Christmas or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
3. Delivery Services and Timeframes
We use trusted UK delivery partners Royal Mail and DPD to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

We are not liable for delays caused by postal strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are fixed, regardless of the size of your order.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions – details will be displayed clearly on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (if applicable) so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
If you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@homecrafts-preserves.com and we will investigate with the courier.
6. Delivery Conditions and Acceptance
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout.
Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery. It is your responsibility to follow their instructions to rearrange delivery or collection.
Risk in the goods passes to you once delivery has been made to your address (or to any alternative safe place or neighbour you have authorised).
7. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@homecrafts-preserves.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.
We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Warm Weather and Perishable Goods
Our products are made from natural ingredients and may be sensitive to heat or temperature changes. During periods of warm weather, we recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery to avoid prolonged exposure to heat.
We are not responsible for damage to perishable goods resulting from delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
9. Delivery Restrictions
We cannot deliver to:
- PO Boxes
- Parcel lockers
- Addresses outside of our stated delivery area
If an order is placed to an unsupported address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.
